All programs offered under the H.O.P.E. Project were developed to provide prevention and intervention strategies to support at-risk youth within their local community.

Entrepreneurship Development
The objective of this program is to help equip minority at-risk youth with essential business and critical thinking/problem solving competencies. The goal is to give them tangible tools through hands-on teaching and application of fundamentals using real business strategies. The curriculum covers three critical areas that many at-risk youth will need in order to run a successful business:
- Financial Literacy/Independence
- Economic Productivity
- Leadership Effectiveness
Mentoring
Structured mentoring has proven to be an effective tool in positively impacting the lives of at-risk youth. The Primary goals of our mentoring program is to:
- Influence youth to make positive decisions through mature guidance and establishing safe, trusting relationships
- Connect youth to tangible opportunities and culturally revelant role models which further thier academic performance, pro-social interaction, and aspiration towards higher achievement
- Help youth develop a self-conscious adherence to moral ethical principles as it relates to diversity, relationships, and life circumstances
- Successfully connect and interact with at-risk youth while creating a safe environment
The H.O.P.E. Project (Gang Prevention/Intervention)
The H.O.P.E. Project is to provide intervention/prevention outreach and case management services primarily for minority at risk youth ages (12-17) who are targets for gang recruitment/involvement, and juvenile delinquent behaviors.
Out The Box (Recreational Activities)
Today, young people are faced with many challenges as they often live in fragile families and disintegrating neighborhoods. Out the Box meets the development needs of youth in inner city setttings. Youth are prepared to be leaders, to accept responsiblity, and to care about principles and causes beyond thier own self interest. Moving them away from the current environment to experience the world that is outside of thier normal imagination.
